Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Enterprise + App team) at Trustpilot. You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of products and codebase, participating in every development step from ideation to maintenance. You will influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and help drive architectural decisions to ensure code quality and innovation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Understand the existing technical landscape and plan, implement, and release new features that complement it
  • Participate in decision-making and design discussions during development
  • Troubleshoot existing software and fix bugs
  • Inspire and challenge the organization with deep problem-solving knowledge
  • Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues
  • Help lead the technical direction of the team through adoption of best practices and tooling

Who you are

  • Senior-level experience building full-stack applications with diverse teams
  • Experience developing REST APIs and distributed cloud services
  • Extensive proficiency in React and Node.js
  • Proficient AWS experience
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
  • Personable and collaborative, open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Motivated to continuously improve yourself and others in a healthy way
