Job Description Summary

Aims to deliver the highest quality customer driven software whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring and supporting their engineering teams. They will work in cross-disciplinary teams delivering exciting customer driven solutions and high quality software and showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skill whilst efficiently working across the project life cycle to ensure software operates as intended. This is a leadership level role and will blend both deep domain and technical expertise within a feature team and great passion for coaching and developing people in a “player-coach” model.

Job Description

JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer ( Fullstack )

SALARY: £70,929-£86,691 pa

LOCATION(S): Chester, Leeds, Halifax & Manchester

HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our offices stated above .

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We have multiple openings across our business for senior software engineer s with experience in a combination of backend and frontend development to join our growing engineering team s . You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable services as part of our microservices-based architecture, while continuing to build your skills with the latest tools and frameworks.


In th ese role s , you’ll get the chance to work with modern technologies, including microservices architectures, cloud-based infrastructure, and containerized environments.

You’ll play a key role in developing, testing, and optimizing back-end services that support seamless user experiences and integrate with various front-end and external systems.

Software Development:
Strong, hands-on commercial experience in either or both frontend of backend engineering.
