About The Role
We are building and scaling our engineering teams in London. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Products and Engineering teams here. We’re looking for experienced engineers to join our Growth Group at monday.com. In this group, you’ll help drive the company’s core metrics, Activation, Engagement, Monetization, and more, by spotting and building smart growth opportunities. You’ll work end-to-end on features across client and server, using data, experimentation, and proven growth strategies to make a real impact across key areas of our product. This is a hybrid role of 3 days/week in our Central London office (Tottenham Court Road).

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team of experienced developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Data analysis and insights: analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Experimentation and optimization: plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels.
• Technical implementation to support growth strategies, including AI, growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, and integration of marketing tools.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
• Performance tracking and reporting: develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• User experience enhancement: identify areas for improvement to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
• Our Stack includes React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience.
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
• Growth mindset with strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates from different departments to brainstorm, target, and devise solutions.
• Problem-solving: ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Impact-driven, user- and business-oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" mindset.
