Work with product managers, designers, firmware, and infrastructure engineers to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end products Develop skills across multiple technologies in our stack (Go, GraphQL, Typescript, JavaScript, React, React Native). Direct experience with these technologies is not required Solve real-life problems and optimize fleets globally Coach, mentor and guide engineers in the team, supporting your own personal development Maintain production systems owned by your team and provide operational support Grow as an engineer in an engineering-first organisation with room for progression Participate in on-call rotation and outage investigations in the team’s domain Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (focus on customer success, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, teamwork) Minimum requirements

5+ years of relevant industry experience Experience working with a team to develop customer-focused products Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, Golang, or JavaScript Experience designing, building and maintaining large-scale systems Experience operating, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale application services Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver milestones with your team An ideal candidate also has
