It aims to provide a good developer experience for anyone using the Platform both within and outside of Elsevier. Smooth onboarding of APIs to the Platform, ease of use of the dev portal for the customers and rapid resolution of support requests are the Team's goals.**Requirements:*** 5+ years of agile facilitating experience (multiple frameworks a plus)* 5+ years of experience working with multiple functional teams* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required* Advanced Agile certifications and/or certifications in multiple frameworks a plus* Scaling agile certifications a plus (SAFe, LeSS, etc)* >1+ years experience implementing scaled agile methods across multiple teams**Responsibilities:*** Successfully implement processes and best practices.* Drive team towards increased efficiency through experimentation and collaboration.* Apply core agile values and principles to suit the needs of the squad.* Apply key agile methodologies and strong understanding of the associated roles and responsibilities, with the ability to provide coaching to others in roles outside of own discipline.* Possess broad, relevant, practice-based knowledge in the depth of the Agile framework and Lean principles.* Work closely with squad members to understand product requirements* Ability to gather and share metrics around delivery and improvement* Ability to manage and clearly communicate dependencies and roadblocks to stakeholders**Work in a way that works for you:**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
