Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend or Full Stack) to join us on this journey. Youll help shape the backend architecture, ship impactful features quickly, and play a key role in developing our early engineering culture. What youll be working on: Building core financial tooling for high-growth SaaS companies Designing scalable backend systems using modern languages (Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, etc.) Collaborating with product, design, and data teams to launch new features Talking to users and digging into real-world customer problems Moving fast in a high-trust, high-ownership environment What were looking for: 38 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer Experience working at a top-tier B2B SaaS scale-up Background in fintech or finance-related tools (accounting, revenue ops, etc.) Proficiency in a backend language like Python, TypeScript, Ruby, or Java Comfortable with Kotlin or excited to learn it CS degree from a top university (e.g. UCL, Waterloo, Georgia Tech, Harvard) Youll thrive here if: You enjoy shipping fast and solving hard problems You want to help shape a product and culture from the ground up Youre collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving team This role wont be the right fit if: You prefer large company structure and strict swimlanes Youre looking for big-company perks over fast-paced challenges This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, product-first startup at a critical time in our journey.
