  • Integrating with third-party APIs, such as payment gateways
  • Creating API documentation and working with developers consuming your APIs and services
  • Working as part of a cross-functional scrum team and contributing to project success
  • Advocating for engineering best practices within your project team
  • Understanding users and identifying their needs
  • Using agreed standards to design, create, test and document software
  • Demonstrating understanding of common software engineering concepts
  • Creating robust, scalable code with long-term impact

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of API development using C# .NET/.NET Core, including ORM and dependency injection
  • Experience with other languages/frameworks such as JavaScript/Node.js, Java/Spring, TypeScript, Scala, Kotlin or Python, Django or Play
  • Enthusiasm for engineering best practices, clean code and unit testing
  • Experience in a cross-functional development team using Agile practices
  • Cloud experience with AWS

What We’ll Offer You

At CreateFuture, you’ll work on ambitious projects with opportunities to learn and grow. You’ll be part of our safe, supportive and friendly culture and join a team of great people.

  • Total 35 days holiday (flexible bank holidays)
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance
  • Enhanced parental and adoption leave
  • 1-1 professional financial coaching
  • Pension matched up to 5%

As this is a hybrid role, we’re looking for people within commuting distance of our Leeds office and who can travel to client sites and CreateFuture offices. We trust you to manage your schedule to balance face-to-face time with clients, colleagues and working from home.
