The salary ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience. Benefits include:

The Role

You’ll play a key role in building and improving user-facing features, working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams. You’ll also influence technical direction and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain features in Ruby on Rails and React Native
Collaborate across teams to deliver user-focused solutions
Lead on architecture and technical decision-making
Mentor junior engineers
Engage directly with users to understand their needs
Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices

About You

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or similar
Confident with React Native
Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Pragmatic, user-first mindset
