Full-Stack Development Expertise : Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Node.js, and Python, with experience across the entire technical stack including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines. Cloud and DevOps Proficiency : Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and hands-on experience with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and Terraform, alongside best practices in CI/CD and automated testing. Leadership and Mentoring : Proven ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Delivery. You'll be a senior member of the Digital Modernisation and Efficiency team, shaping digital services used by millions of people. You'll mentor junior engineers, promote best practices like CI/CD and automated testing, and ensure systems are secure, resilient, and accessible. You'll need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that really work for the people that use them. You'll also be hands on when you need to be, coding and solving problems. You'll be part of a dynamic, agile working environment with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development. We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%). Pay:
