What You Will Do

  • Define, design, develop, and test embedded and application software to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Apply object-oriented design techniques to ensure code reusability and integration with testing frameworks.
  • Review system design artefacts to derive software requirements and architecture that meet high-level system needs.
  • Use modelling tools to document and maintain software designs, ensuring accuracy for code generation.
  • Contribute to bids and proposals by generating technical estimates and identifying associated risks.
  • Propose and implement improvements in tools, processes, and techniques to enhance software development efficiency.

What You Will Bring

  • A degree in an engineering, mathematical, or science-based subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and experience in embedded product development or Linux application/kernel/driver development.
  • Familiarity with best practice software development processes, including TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration, and DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and secure software development standards.
  • Experience with software testing and tools like version control, automated testing frameworks, and static analysis tools.
