Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact, hands-on leadership role—mentoring a globally distributed team and driving innovation across automation, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead change, embed best practices, and ensure platforms remain scalable, reliable, and future-ready.

Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer, DevOps

Salary: £65,300 to £87,350

Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
