Senior Solutions Engineer - Glasgow - 6 month contract We are currently recruiting for a Senior Solutions Engineer to be based out of our customers office in the Glasgow area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Amazon Connect and enterprise telephony platforms. This role plays a key part in driving stability and innovation, overseeing critical incident resolution through root cause analysis, and implementing system enhancements that align with organisational priorities. Key Responsibilities - Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents. - Design and implement enhancements to Amazon Connect and telephony systems. - Manage vendor relationships (eg, BT, Vodafone) for infrastructure-level issues. - Provide strategic input into platform upgrades, integrations, and roadmap planning. - Develop and maintain architectural documentation and SOPs. - Mentor L1 and L2 support teams and conduct technical training sessions.
