Senior Solutions Engineer

New Today

Overview

Join us to help our customers fight the bad guys. As a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) at DomainTools, you will have the opportunity to work with the largest companies in the world, to conceptualize and implement new and inventive ways to integrate our products as well as our data within their systems (i.e. SIEM, TIP, SOAR technologies). You are talented, driven and curious, focused on helping Enterprise / Gov / Mil Customers operationalize the DomainTools product suite. You will participate in demos, PoVs, presentations, customer trainings, and support marketing at conferences while driving resolution of technical support escalations.

You will have a dual focus: developing net new relationships by supporting the Regional Sales Director and championing adoption with existing customers in partnership with your Renewals Manager. You will become the primary technical resource for your customers and prospects, providing support during pre-sales, discovery, demonstration and proof of concept. You will lead training, onboarding and education sessions to guide adoption of our solution set.

We seek a collaborative and energetic individual with deep knowledge and experience in CyberSecurity and SaaS product organisation operations. A successful candidate must be a clear communicator, agile at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa. You will contribute to customer advocacy internally and share feedback with product, engineering and integration teams.

We are a team that aims to provide world-class customer experience, with mentors and resources to assist learning. Success will depend on your ability to learn independently and to reach out to experts within the organisation for specialist knowledge transfer.
