Work schedule: Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR Location: Location: Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer, supporting the development and sustainment of Flight Control hardware for commercial aircraft. Lead the technical development of Flight Control hardware for primary and secondary control systems. Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in electrical design engineering within aerospace or a related field. Strong knowledge of electronic architecture, certification standards, and safety-critical systems. Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring and project oversight. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
