This role focuses on performing advanced structural analysis and fracture assessments, ensuring the integrity and reliability of high-performance systems. You will work independently on ongoing stress and structural tasks, providing expert analysis and guidance to the engineering team.Your main responsibilities will be:Conduct detailed structural analysis using finite element tools such as Abaqus or Ansys.Perform pressure vessel and defect tolerance (fracture) assessments to evaluate component integrity.Independently manage and deliver ongoing stress and structural tasks.Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.Contribute to improving analysis methods and processes within the team.Who are we looking for?A technically confident engineer with senior-level expertise in structural analysis and fracture assessment.
