With a growing project portfolio, they need an experienced engineer to lead schemes and manage internal teams.\n\nThe Role:\n\nRun structural engineering projects from start to finish\nLead and support a small internal design team\nWork closely with civil engineers to coordinate project delivery\nEngage with clients and contribute to technical excellence\nProjects include commercial steel frames, factory unit alterations, new office and residential developments, bespoke homes, and historic building modifications \n\nAbout You:\n\nDegree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering\nWorking towards chartership (IStructE/ICE)\nStrong technical and leadership skills\nConfident managing projects and mentoring junior staff \n\nYou will have a varied and interesting workload within a collaborative environment which offers excellent career progression within a growing team.
