Senior Structural Engineer - Liverpool\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAre you a Chartered or nearly Chartered Structural Engineer looking for a dynamic consultancy opportunity? We're partnering with a well‑established engineering practice offering a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects. You'll be integral from planning stages through to delivery, with wide-ranging responsibility and real project ownership.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nConduct nationwide structural surveys, producing clear, actionable reports on building condition and structural integrity.\nPrepare supporting calculations and sketches; familiarity with Eurocodes and British Standards expected.\nReview and interpret site investigation data, identifying and resolving structural challenges.\nDeliver structural designs for both refurbishment and new builds, covering foundations and superstructure elements.\nAttend and represent the client at design and stakeholder meetings.\nMentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering development and teamwork.\nMaintain your Continued Professional Development (CPD) under IStructE guidelines.\nStay alert to structural safety updates, including CROSS advisories.\nContribute to business development initiatives.
