We are hiring chartered/near chartered Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.

Details of the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer who has built confidence in their technical skills in the first stage of their career, and are looking to take the next step. Candidates should expect to have autonomy on projects, and relish the opportunity to build relationships with Clients, manage projects, and help mentor and develop younger Engineers.

As a practice we remain curious and humble and work together to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the company through training and individual endeavor. We are seeking Engineers who share our passion for the industry, the communities we work with, and have a positive and ambitious outlook.

Skills, experience and attributes

• Minimum 4 years experience working in a structural engineering consultancy
• Running projects from concept to construction
• A 360 engineer who can manage younger engineers as well as contribute to managing workload and resourcing
• A 1st or 2:1 in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering at an ICE or IStructE accredited university
• Client facing
• Problem solving and lateral thinkers
• A strong work ethic
• Chartered with the IStructE or ICE, or an ambition to progress towards chartership in the near future
• Ambition to progress into an associate position
