We are recruiting for a Principal Systems Engineer to join a growing team working on the next-generation HALO (Hostile Artillery Locating System) — a cutting-edge, long-range acoustic weapon locating system. HALO is designed to counter the growing threat posed by electronic warfare and anti-radar weapon systems that limit the effectiveness of radar-based solutions. This is a key opportunity to join the team during a critical stage of the engineering lifecycle. You will play a lead role in delivering systems engineering activities from concept through to deployment, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to drive integration, qualification, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Define, manage, and trace requirements for complex, multi-disciplinary systems. Lead and contribute to system integration, verification, qualification, and validation.
