Using latest and greatest technologies and solutions, you will support our client’s innovation by following a set of standards and best practices in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.What you will doProvide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune)Collaborate with, and act as a tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management, Service Desk, Engineering, and other client support teamsImplement and manage enterprise mail platform and security systems such as Microsoft Exchange or Exchange OnlineAct as a Technical Lead for migrations, implementations, relocations, etcTake ownership of complex technical challenges and provide long term fixes based on root cause analysisDocument processes and procedures which explain system functionality or regular tasks to contribute to our internal knowledge base including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOP)Audit undocumented client environments and provide technical recommendations based on findingsApply best-practice configurations to client security platforms such as Azure Active Directory Conditional Access, DUO Multifactor Authentication (MFA) servicesPerform system maintenance tasks including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, critical patch applications, and vulnerability remediationProvide advanced support of Active Directory such as Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy creation, scheduled software deployments, network policy maintenance, and certificate managementInterface with common technology support tools such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Mobile Device/Mobile Application Management, Anti-Virus/Anti-MalwareWho you areBachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field, or a minimum of 6+ years comparable experience in a technology administration roleAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11Advanced administration experience with Public Cloud platforms with focus in Microsoft 365 and Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune)Experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations such as Exchange OnlineExperience in virtualization administration on platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-VProficient in incident response management during security events and high-priority escalations, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity activationsBonus points if you haveExperience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) preferredFinancial Services or Life Science industry experience a plusECI’s culture is all about connection - connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
