Skills and Qualifications

Essential Degree, HND/HNC or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline. Knowledge of Systems Engineering and the Engineering Lifecycle, typically experienced in applying subject knowledge in an integrated platform which may involve safety and/or cyber security related activities. Exposure to working with stakeholders outside of the local team, nationally and/or internationally.

Desirable Experience of working on complex computing solutions in areas such as systems management, avionics/IMA based solutions, systems integration, safety/cyber security and/or equivalent complex programmes. Knowledge and experience in Object Oriented design and Model Based engineering tools and techniques would be advantageous. Awareness of Engineering and business processes, familiarity with implications of decisions on time / cost / quality and ability to support timely and accurate performance reporting.
