Integration Engineer

Location: Warton, Lancashire (Hybrid) Duration: 12-Month Contract Rate: £42.68 Umbrella We seek an engineer who has worked in a military/defence environment/industry within the last 12 months or who is capable of obtaining security clearance (SC level minimum)

Role Overview We are seeking Integration Engineers to support a major Combat Air Programme. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, spanning requirements, design, integration, validation, and technical management activities.

Key Responsibilities Support technical integration activities across multiple work packages and projects. Lead or assist in delivering engineering solutions to cost, schedule, and quality targets. Develop schedules, track progress, and report on risks and issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. Support integration, verification, and validation across the engineering life cycle.

Essential Skills Proven experience in systems or integration engineering. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to change. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills Knowledge of engineering processes and standards. Familiarity with aircraft or defence development life cycles. Ability to resolve conflicts between systems, disciplines, and capabilities.
