Objective of the role:
Based in Leeds, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding IT and telecoms support across our diverse customer base. From troubleshooting to project delivery, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations.
Daily duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software, cloud services, and networks.
* Act as a key escalation point for the Support team, solving complex technical issues.
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud telephony platforms.
* Support critical IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
* Collaborate with customers, partners, and suppliers via multiple communication channels.
* Contribute to internal documentation, compliance, and business continuity processes.
