This customer first business is seeking a 'cloud first' Senior Technical Support Engineer (primarily focused on the Microsoft platform). Working alongside a small team you will work together to realise the business potential, providing exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the company's development and brand. Senior Technical Support Engineer Key Responsibilities: Hands-on provisioning, configuring, supporting and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
