About the role

My client is a World Leading Construction and Civil Engineering Company.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Works Design Engineer / Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer to join their Regional team to work across their Regional Civils (East, Northwest, Central South east and South) side of the business based out of either their Leeds or Warrington offices.

This is a hybrid role where two days of home working will be permitted.

This role will cover multiple projects across different locations, which offers a variety of exposure to our exciting portfolio of projects.

They are looking for a technically strong, ambitious, and energetic Temporary Works design engineer / Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer who is seeking to develop themselves and help create strong technical capabilities within the team.

What you'll be doing

As a Temporary Works Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Undertaking temporary works design and checking for individual projects either independently or under the supervision of a senior engineer including: Site establishment, Haul roads, Working platforms, Service protection slabs, Shoring solutions, Earthworks excavation and slope stability, Formwork/ falsework, Temporary bridges, Scaffolding and edge protection, Rebar cage stability, Propping
