Senior Test Engineer / QA Tester (SDET Python .Net AI) Reigate / WFH to £85k Are you a QA testing technologist with Python or C# .Net coding skills and an interest in AI? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands on role at a global InsurTech business that is producing game changing technology. As a Senior QA Engineer you will be a key member of an Agile engineering team responsible for developing one of the company's flagship insurance products, with a focus on testing the AI elements of the product, as well as full stack testing using tools such as Cypress, with Python, JavaScript or C# coding. Location / WFH: There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home. About you: You are a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test / SDET with strong Python or C# .Net coding skills, TypeScript would also be of benefit You have a strong understanding of application architecture and microservices - how to test all layers of an application You have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies including manual and automation Ideally you have experience of testing AI / LLMs, if not you've investigated AI in your spare time and are keen to progress your career in this area You have experience with Cypress and / or Playwright test automation tools You're familiar with TDD / DDD You have meticulous attention to detail You are collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills You're likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or other STEM discipline What's in it for you: As a Senior Test Engineer you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of perks and benefits: Up to £85k salary plus bonus (c15%) Hybrid working (3 days a week work from home) Enhanced parental leave 25 days holiday (plus buy days and your birthday off) Pension, Health Care and Life Assurance Training and career development Social events and a range of other perks Apply now
