As a Senior Test Engineer, youll play a vital role in the Test and Simulation team, managing dynamometer testing, developing advanced test systems, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions. This role is available on a permanent or contract basis (Outside IR35) Key Responsibilities: Testing Leadership: Manage Dyno test facilities, test schedules, and perform testing, verification, and validation of electric drive systems. Test Development: Design and implement test rigs, fixtures, and system architecture using NI LabVIEW and MATLAB. Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate test data for validity, produce technical reports, and provide actionable insights. Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior test engineers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
