Their rapid growth and commitment to sustainable solutions not only make them an exhilarating company to be part of but also offer incredible opportunities for both technical and personal advancement.RoleITP Development & ManagementHelp write and review detailed methods, task plans, risk assessment & Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for offshore wind foundation T&I operations Eg Lift Plans.Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, IEC, API).Define hold points, witness points, and inspection criteria.Test Plans & ProceduresDevelop test plans and commissioning checklists for T&I activities.Support verification of marine spread readiness, lifting equipment, sea fastening,Manage trial fit-ups, mock-ups, and test protocols before offshore execution.Quality Assurance & ControlMonitor contractor performance and ensure correct implementation of ITPs.Coordinate with quality inspectors, survey teams, and marine warranty surveyors.Ensure proper documentation, NCR handling, and close-out.Interface & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the quality focal point for T&I foundation activities.Liaise with engineering, HSE, certification, vessel operators, and subcontractors.Support audits, inspections, and client reviews.Reporting & DocumentationEnsure timely delivery of quality records, inspection reports, and certificationContribute to as-built documentation and final project dossiers.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceDegree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.Experience in offshore construction, oil & gas, or renewablesExperienced in T&I of offshore structures.Proven track record in preparing and managing ITPs, test plans, and project plans.Technical CompetenceOffshore Wind lifting, transport, installation, and foundation works.International standards: DNV-ST-N001, ISO 9001, API RP2A, IEC 61400.Experience with marine operations, vessels, and heavy lift activities.Skills & AttributesExcellent stakeholder communication and report writing skills.Strong organizational and planning capabilities.Ability to work offshore as required (advantage to have any of: GWO BST, HUET).Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.Location & Work EnvironmentRemote based or Office-based with occasional visits to marshalling yardsWillingness to travel internationally as per project requirements.Why JoinOpportunity to play a key role in global offshore wind projects.Work within a multidisciplinary and international team driving the energy transition.Competitive package with offshore allowances and development opportunities.NB: please note it is essential to have offshore wind T& engineering experience.Our client has an excellent attitude towards ongoing personal development, Training & Development.Be a part of a groundbreaking team leading the renewable revolution!
