What you’ll have the opportunity to work on as a Senior User Researcher:

•Advise clients and lead Agile teams to design services that meet real user needs

•Mentor and line manage user researchers, maximising research impact

•Advocate inclusive, people-centred approaches within user research

•Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, challenging ideas when needed

•Support recruitment, events, content creation, and business development

What we need from a senior user researcher:

•Strong experience in user research across a range of environments

•Background working in multidisciplinary Agile teams

•Knowledge of accessibility and/or assisted digital research

•Proven ability to advocate for user research and influence service design

•Experience mentoring or managing other researchers

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
