What youll have the opportunity to work on as a Senior User Researcher: Advise clients and lead Agile teams to design services that meet real user needs Mentor and line manage user researchers, maximising research impact Advocate inclusive, people-centred approaches within user research Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, challenging ideas when needed Support recruitment, events, content creation, and business development What we need from a senior user researcher: Strong experience in user research across a range of environments Background working in multidisciplinary Agile teams Knowledge of accessibility and/or assisted digital research Proven ability to advocate xehkeey for user research and influence service design Experience mentoring or managing other researchers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills So, whats in it for you? 25 days holiday plus UK public holidays Life assurance and critical illness cover Flexible benefits including private health, dental, and additional pension contributions
