Essential Job Functions What Youll Be Doing: Own and manage infrastructure platforms from design through to incident resolution Drive automation and operational efficiency using PowerCLI, Terraform, and Ansible Ensure platform stability and security across vSphere, NSX, SRM, Azure, Active Directory, and Linux distributions Collaborate across the 24x7 operation to uplift technical standards and share best practices Support hybrid environments with a focus on uptime, scalability, and compliance What Youll Bring: 10+ years of hands-on experience across VMware, Microsoft, and Linux ecosystems Proven ability to lead technical troubleshooting and platform optimisation Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Experience in secure environments and eligibility for UK government DV clearance A proactive mindset with a passion for mentoring and growing technical teams Required Skills & Technologies VMware vSphere, NSX-T/V, SRM vSAN, VCF, Tanzu Aria Suite (vRealize) PowerCLI, vRO, Terraform Networking fundamentals
