Location: Devon (Preferred) Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + Travel Support Reporting to: Managing Director About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer to drive new business opportunities, converting them into revenue-generating contracts. This role requires a technical expert with a strong background in electronics design & manufacturing, supplier relationships, and global operations. The ideal candidate will act as the effective Head of R&D/Electronics, identifying new opportunities, developing quotations, and working closely with estimators and manufacturers (including Far East suppliers) to bring high-quality electronic components to market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Opportunity Conversion Identify new commercial opportunities in the electronics industry.
