Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Producing conceptual design schemes and agreeing on client briefs
Managing and reviewing sub-consultants' designs
Holding regular design team meetings with clients and stakeholders

Projects:

A variety of projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and leisure schemes
Master planning schemes, including urban regeneration

Requirements:

Confidence in meetings to understand briefs and schedule work
At least 8 years of experience as a building services design engineer
