  • Lead the design and delivery ofplex building services projects across various sectors mercial, education, healthcare, etc.)
  • Provide technical leadership and quality assurance throughout the design lifecycle
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and technical development
  • Contribute to resource planning, fee proposals, and strategic decision-making
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation in sustainable design practices
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in building services design and project delivery
  • Strong leadership andmunication skills, with a passion for mentoring
  • Chartered status (or working towards) with CIBSE, IMechE, or IET preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (, Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Dialux)
