As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.**Responsibilities*** Understand the business requirements to be served with data management, analysis and modelling* Assess existing capability for its effectiveness, efficiency, vulnerabilities and longevity* Design capability additions and improvements, within processes, methods, tools, data flows and training* Implement locally, or work with key partners such as our Digital teams to implement capability additions and improvements in executive systems* Identify and/or retire defunct capability* Communicate capability changes to affected practitioners, influencing their communities to drive effective engagement**Who we’re looking for:**At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
