We’re hiring on behalf of an expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Maidenhead that is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
Assist in the delivery of IT projects, both remotely and onsite
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
Manage system builds, deployments, and routine maintenance
Deliver excellent client service by understanding needs and resolving issues promptly
About You:
2+ years’ experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
Full driving licence (site visits required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to prioritise workloads and solve technical problems independently
Working knowledge of: Active Directory, Windows Server (2012+), Windows 10+
Microsoft 365 and Office administration
Intune and Entra (formerly Azure AD)
Networking: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, email configuration
System builds, deployments, and maintenance best practices
