What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Experience working for an MSP or fast-paced IT service desk environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common desktop support tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ITSM toolsets (e.g., Halo, Autotask, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of RMM tools for device monitoring and remote support
  • ITIL Foundation certification or awareness of ITIL principles
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications:
  • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals
