Role Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and technical expertise? We’re looking for a Service Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Service Engineer Team Leader. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and repairing company-supplied equipment, as well as delivering on-site customer training programs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and solutions, contributing to our mission of service excellence.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

Liaising with service coordinators to plan work efficiently.
Ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.
Preparing thoroughly for service visits, including reviewing drawings and manuals.
Carrying sufficient stock for service agreements and following procedures for additional stock needs.
Communicating clearly with customers about any outstanding issues before leaving site.
Completing detailed job sheets and obtaining customer signatures.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Taking full ownership of site issues, from raising CCILs to achieving final resolution.

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

A background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Hands-on experience with steam processes, instrumentation, and the product range.
Familiarity with Spirax products and their operation.
