Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and coordinate service activities for both local and regional customer cases. 
  • Collaborate directly with customers to identify technical challenges and deliver solutions that consistently exceed expectations. 
  • Actively share insights, lessons learned, and best practices across teams to foster continuous improvement. 
  • Support variable speed drive applications in close collaboration with service and sales teams. 
  • Take full ownership of service cases, ensuring timely, effective, and customer-focused resolution. 
  • Perform on-site visits as needed to resolve complex issues (approximately 30 travel days per year). 

    • Background & Skills

    To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 
  • Experience with variable speed drives is a plus but not required. 
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish language skills are an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. 
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and openness to adopting new digital tools. 
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

As a collaborative team player, you bring a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow. You’re also flexible and ready to travel regionally as required to support the team and customers.
