Service Engineer Electrical Biased Merseyside Pharmaceutical & Medical £50,000 - £65,000 Commission We’re supporting a highly respected and successful engineering manufacturer who supply machinery into the pharmaceutical and medical industry. As part of their continued growth and global customer demand, they’re looking to appoint a Service Engineer (electrically biased) who can take a hands-on approach to installations, commissioning, IQ/OQ, and preventative maintenance across bespoke equipment. What You’ll Be Doing: Attend customer sites across the UK and internationally (travel can be a choice of 30% to 50%) for installation, commissioning, service and support. Execute FAT testing prior to dispatch at the UK facility. Execute SAT at customer sites. Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, EC&I) to deliver exceptional technical service and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain documentation and contribute to equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ). Respond to urgent service calls when needed, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
