Service Engineer – North West England (Home-Based)

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join a UK market-leading supplier of liquid filling and capping machinery. This opportunity has arisen due to recent company expansion.

The Role

Home-based, living in Northern England (North West preferred). Providing service, repair, and refurbishment at client sites across the UK. Occasional overnight stays required (1–2 nights per week on average). Working closely with the Service Manager and Directors, with full on-the-job training provided. May also support the sales team with demonstrations of smaller bench-top machinery. Salary & Benefits

£45,000 per year Mileage allowance: 50p per mile (no cap) 5 weeks paid holiday Pension contribution after 3 months Life cover benefit of £25,000 (after probation period) Requirements

Fully trained engineer with strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge Completed an engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent) with relevant qualifications Experience servicing process or packaging machinery (advantageous but not essential) Full, clean driving licence Own tools required Travel

UK-wide, with occasional travel to suppliers in Italy
