Are you a Mechanical Engineer - either from an on-site maintenance or field service background - with experience of providing repair, maintenance, service and support of industrial equipment? We're a well established British engineering company who offer full after sales & service support to the clients of a major Italian packaging machinery manufacturer.   BASIC SALARY: Up to £50,000

LOCATION: Covering the UK & Ireland 70%, but factory based in Corby 30% of the time.   COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Peterborough, Northampton, Stamford, Leicester, Lincoln, Bedford
JOB DESCRIPTION: Mechanical Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - Packaging Machinery, Industrial Capital Equipment
A classic field Service Engineer role involving repair, refurbishment, upgrades, installations and commissioning of a range of packaging machinery supplied to the food, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing industries.
Travelling to client sites 70% of the time, and spending 1 to 2 nights away from home per week on average, but weekend work is voluntary so we offer a good work life balance.
Time spent at the workshop in Corby roughly 30%.
