Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 + overtime + van + phone + benefits + training

A well-established specialist in stairlifts and hoists is expanding its engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit company at an exciting time, with full training, career development, and the chance to maximise your earnings through overtime.

You will be working with a variety of equipment, providing essential solutions to help people regain their independence. The role offers the chance to develop your technical skills further, with support from experienced colleagues and manufacturer-led training.

This role would suit an engineer with experience in the stairlift industry looking for a rewarding, local-based position with plenty of opportunity to earn through overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair a variety of ceiling hoists and stairlifts.
  • Cover a local patch in East/North Yorkshire and Hull.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30/9:00 am – 5:30/6:00 pm, with plenty of optional overtime.

Qualifications

  • Field Service or Installation Engineer with experience in hoists, stairlifts, or similar technical installation/maintenance roles.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preferred, but motivated candidates from related industries will be considered.
  • Reliable, proactive, and happy to work overtime to maximise earnings.
  • Ideally based locally to minimise travel.
