Location: SK22 Type: full-time, permanent Reports to: Engineering Team Leader / Managers Overview of the Role: We are seeking a skilled Shift Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. The role involves supporting proactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns across two sites, operating on a rotating shift pattern (06:0014:00 / 14:0022:00). You will also provide weekend cover on a call-out rota basis. This position plays a vital part in minimising downtime, increasing efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations. Youll work closely with production teams to ensure assets perform to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line electrical and mechanical maintenance support across manufacturing. Attend machinery breakdowns and ensure accurate reporting on the CMMS (Shire). Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and project work. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain high safety and GMP standards across all work. Assist with machinery installation, commissioning, and decommissioning.
