The Role: Working a continental shift pattern (days and nights), youll be part of a 24/7 team that ensures critical building systems remain fully operational at all times. Youll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting wider site operations and small projects. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Work on systems including: Lighting, emergency lighting, LV distribution, small power, and control panels Respond to electrical faults quickly and efficiently Support project and minor installation works Accurately log work via the sites CAFM system Uphold all health & safety and compliance standards Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and the facilities management team What Youll Need 18th Edition is desirable but not essential
