At Bulgari Hotel London, exceptional service and Italian elegance define everything we do. We are currently seeking a Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team — with a primary focus on night shifts while maintaining flexibility to support day operations when required.

As a Shift Engineer, you will ensure the flawless operation, safety, and maintenance of all hotel systems, facilities, and equipment. You’ll be a key part of a small, dedicated team that upholds the highest standards of presentation and performance throughout the property, ensuring guests experience the uncompromising luxury synonymous with Bulgari.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.




  • Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, particularly during night shifts.




  • Monitor building management systems (BMS) and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.




  • Support smooth handovers between day and night shifts, ensuring clear communication and continuity.




  • Maintain detailed records of works completed, materials used, and any incidents or system anomalies.



Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Hotel Shift Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.




  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.




  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.




  • Flexibility to work predominantly night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.




  • Professional, polished appearance and a guest-focused mindset.
