OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that routine maintenance is performed, in order for the hotel to be operated with maximum efficiency to achieve guest satisfaction and safety. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and will be able to maintain a positive and calm outlook regardless of what challenges the shift might bring.ResponsibilitiesPerform all routine preventative and curative maintenanceOperate, maintain and repair a variety of different equipment within the hotelWork in a safe mannerKeep adequate level of supplies required for hotel maintenanceKeep a high standard of workmanship in all tasks carried outLiaise with CE and ACE daily carrying out stator test and inspections and monitor daily usageRespond to all guest requests as they arise and report back for guest follow up and engagementWork with outside contractors as necessary to assist them in performing maintenance or construction jobsTeam and ScheduleThe team work on a 4 on/4 off basis and hours are 8:00am-8:30pm or 8:00pm-8:30am. You will be expected to work day shifts and night shifts on rotation, including weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
