We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join our maintenance team,providing day to day engineering support to the hotel and ensure that our hotel is well maintained to the highest standards for all our guests and employees to enjoy. Other responsibilities include: Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule and remedial works. Ensuring that the Hotel meets all Health & Safety requirements and guest satisfaction standards. To follow daily task list as issued by the Maintenance manager To carry out routine inspections of all areas of the hotel both back of house and public areas recognising faults and reporting and actioning them in a prompt and efficient manner. To carry out general maintenance duties such as grouting, minor electrical, minor pluming works, minor decorating and painting The ideal candidate will be or have the following: Self-starter 3 years experience as a shift engineer in a similar style property. Technical knowledge Painting skills (preferably) Technical experience Experience with AC PPM Our Benefits TFL monthly travel card up to £147.50 for zone 1 -2 paid after successful completion of probation Service Charge 50% off from room and F&B outlets for friends and family Continuous training and development for all staff of all levels Staff meals provided on shift Laundry service all formal uniform St. James is calling....
