Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services equipment. Undertake fault finding, plant adjustments, inspections, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems in line with contract specifications. Carry out multi-skilled tasks including, but not limited to: Re-lamping luminaires Fault finding on electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, and AHUs Cleaning and maintaining foul water systems and drains Inspecting and repairing M&E systems such as ductwork, plumbing, and heating systems Ensure all daily worksheets, maintenance logs, and inspection records are accurately completed and submitted on time.
Requirements
Electrical City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, 'A' & 'B' or mechanical equivalent. L8 Trained. Demonstrated knowledge of statutory compliance in HVAC and Water Treatment. IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent Health & Safety qualification). Strong customer-facing skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Previous experience within building services engineering
