Shift Engineer Salary: £45,000 - £49,000 Location: Leighton Buzzard Shift Pattern: 6am-2pm & 2pm -10pm (2 shift patterns) We're looking for a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Engineer to support our high-performance manufacturing site. You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced machinery—especially injection moulding and automated assembly lines—to keep production running at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to maximise machine uptime (OEE). Fault-find on PLCs, drive systems, and other electrical/mechanical components. Ensure all work complies with safety and OHSE standards; complete risk assessments. Support and drive quality, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with operations and provide clear feedback on maintenance work. Use CMMS to log and track maintenance activity. What You'll Bring Time-served Industrial Electrician with ONC or equivalent qualification. Hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial or FMCG environment.
